Caregivers

Mountain Life Care Caregivers are the highest caliber caregivers.  The vast majority of caregivers are employees of MOUNTAIN LIFE. Only in instances where specialized skills are needed will we partner with other organizations, but in all instances, we bring you the best caregivers in the industry.

We conduct a comprehensive background check on each of our caregivers through the nationally recognized background screening service, SecureSearch.  After a review of their Employment, Reference, Criminal, Court and Motor Vehicle background qualified employees will be SecureSearch Certified. 

All of our employees are covered by Workers Compensation and Bonding insurance to insulate our clients from accidents and claims.

We communication with each Caregiver every day they provide care.  This assures the highest quality of service to our clients and safety to our employees.  In situations where the client or family permits it, senior personnel at Mountain Life Care are included in the Emergency Notification chain of command. This provides our clients with another layer of safe-guard during an emergency and provides our Caregivers with support and guidance at critical moments.

Most of the Mountain Life Caregivers carry advanced certifications including Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Companion Aide, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Cognitive Stimulation Coach, CPR, Wound Care and Med-management.  While you may not always need these advanced levels of care, it can be comforting to know that your caregiver is skilled, trained and prepared for many unplanned for events and needs.
